Lenna was raised in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. She graduated from the University of British Columbia and the focus of her Bachelor of Arts Degree was Greek and Roman History, as well as Gender Race Sexuality and Social Justice. Lenna has a passion for the law and knew she wanted a career in the legal field. She worked as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal prior to and during her attendance at law school. While at UVIC Law School she participated in the UVIC Law Centre student program where she provided legal advice to members of the community who could not access conventional legal services.
Outside of the law, Lenna enjoys reading, baking, running (marathons included), and watching various spectator sports, including hockey, baseball, and Formula 1. Lenna favours the Chicago Blackhawks, the San Francisco Giants and Red Bull Racing.
